Meg Bertini is an attorney licensed to practice law in Georgia. In addition to legal recruiting, her experience with law firms includes marketing and other business consulting. Having worked with a range of law firm sizes and a variety of candidate backgrounds, she is well-suited to match candidates and clients based not only on practice areas, but on temperament and law firm culture as well. Meg's experience with the Georgia Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism early in her career helped her understand that confidentiality, integrity, and honor are of utmost importance in maintaining not only a law practice, but in any professional endeavor, including legal recruiting. Her vision is to match attorneys and law firms to create the best possible situation for all involved, including the attorneys’ clients. | Dennis Nutting has more than twenty-four years of management and organizational experience gained through a career in the United States Army and in the private sector. His recruiting experience includes working with law firms, businesses, universities, and his military experience. His last military assignment was managing the European Military Exchange Program at the U.S. Embassy in Germany. After retiring from the U.S. Army, he was an enrollment recruiter for the largest private university in the United States where he assisted students in achieving their educational goals.

Frank Brierton and Larry Cyment of Winston, Oliver, & Cyment, Inc., have formed a strategic alliance with DreamTime Recruiting, Inc. Frank Brierton spent 26 years in the United State Army. His career culminated by serving his last 8 years as the deputy chief of the military personnel division, Washington headquarters services, for the office of the secretary of defense (OSD) in the Pentagon. He supervised an office staffed by personnel from all four services, providing human resources support to the more than 2000 military assigned to the staff of the office of the secretary of defense and the White House military office. He retired as a chief warrant officer CW4 Personnel Officer. After retiring from the military, Frank spent the next 10 years in executive and legal recruiting, rising to executive vice president and team leader, and supervising as many as 30 recruiters at a time. As a result, he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in a multitude of other industries beyond the focus of his personal legal and executive practice. Frank has earned the respect, trust and confidence of board members and senior level executives across many industries including legal, housing, fragrance, food & beverage, IT, construction, insurance, and healthcare. Frank has reached out and has assisted hundreds of retiring military personnel enter the civilian workforce. Frank obtained his bachelor of science degree from the University of the State of New York, with dual concentrations in operations management and history. He obtained his masters degree in ancient history of the Near East, from Vermont College of Norwich University, Montpelier Vermont. Larry Cyment is a principal of Winston Oliver & Cyment with a specialty in healthcare, compliance, and legal recruiting. Mr. Cyment has had a distinguished career in healthcare and recruiting spanning over 35 years. He holds a bachelors degree in geology and an advanced degree in healthcare administration. Mr. Cyment has been involved in the development of outpatient surgical centers since the early 1980s. Later he was involved as a vice president in the formation and operation of multiple independent practice associations throughout Florida.
